They were very respectful of our home and the new couch, making sure their hands were clean after the delivery when putting it together.  Very friendly and had great manners all around great experience."

"They were great. One of the men immediately put on booties upon entering when he saw me move some rugs aside. I really appreciated that, especially since it has been raining so much!! I thought that was very intuitive and professional of him. They were careful not to hit any walls or pieces of furniture as they maneuvered the piece in the room. "Delivery team was great! Very professional and patient with aligning the furniture to our exact preference. They didn't seem like they were in a rush or wanted to just leave as soon as they unpacked and set everything. I could tell they wanted to make sure everything was the way we wanted it before they left. They even provided recommendations on the positioning of our Arhaus furniture which was greatly appreciated! They were also very respectful of my home and provided great customer service. "Delivery team was so great! I’ve had a lot of furniture delivered in the past four years as I moved into a new home and bought all new, and this team was the best I’ve ever had. They did not block the street or driveway when they parked, and they brought the box up to the porch where it was clean and unboxed my item on a cloth there keeping it in the best condition. They replied and friendly and even offered to help move anything that might be in the way. Highly recommend!"
